Dean was only 10 weeks old when the Titanic sank on April 15, 1912. Millvina, her mother and older brother escaped the ship in lifeboat 10; her father died in the sinking. Today Millvina is 93 years old, one of ONLY two living survivors of the tragedy. The other living Titanic survivor is Barbara West of Truro, England.
